At Ireland Wood and Horsforth Medical Practice we are an accredited GP training practice, this means we help to train and support fully qualified doctors who are undertaking extra training to specialise in General Practice. These doctors are supervised and supported by the GP trainers in the practice. We really value the hard work and enthusiasm these doctors bring to our practice and they receive excellent feedback from the patients who consult with them. They are usually attached to the practice for between six and twelve months.
